Contract | Days | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical unit in accordance with scope of practice and facility standards
- Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care during 12-hour day shifts on a rotating weekend schedule (every other weekend)
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support positive patient outcomes
- Float within the facility and within scope of practice as needed, which may include CNA or Tech roles
- Adhere to all facility compliance requirements, orientation modules, and onboarding timelines
Required Qualifications
- Active Georgia RN license or valid Compact RN license required at time of submission
- Minimum of 2 years of Medical Surgical nursing experience
- Ability to work major holidays as they fall within the assignment period per facility holiday policy
- All requested time off (RTO) must be finalized at time of submission — no schedule changes permitted post-offer or post-start
- Full compliance with onboarding requirements; core items and labs must be completed within 48 hours of contract signing
- All compliance documents must be submitted by the Tuesday prior to the start date
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous travel nursing experience welcomed; first-time travelers are accepted
- Familiarity with Medical Surgical workflows and adaptability to float assignments within scope
