Contract | 13-Week Assignment | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | 36 Hours Guaranteed Weekly | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to critically ill ICU patients in a fast-paced critical care environment.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, recognizing and responding to changes promptly.
- Administer medications, IV therapies, blood products, and prescribed treatments.
- Manage ventilated patients and specialized ICU equipment.
- Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and interdisciplinary team members.
- Maintain accurate electronic medical record documentation in accordance with hospital policies and patient safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN License in Arkansas or a Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of recent ICU experience required for travel submissions.
- Prior travel nursing experience required; local candidates will not be considered.
- Current BLS Certification.
- Current ACLS Certification.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience managing a diverse critically ill patient population in a high-acuity ICU setting.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records systems used in critical care environments.
