Physical Therapist - Inpatient

If you are passionate about helping patients recover from injuries or illnesses, consider joining us as a Physical Therapist. In this inpatient role, you will work closely with patients to improve mobility, strength, and overall functionality during their hospital stays.

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their recovery goals.
Create therapy programs focused on improving mobility, strength, coordination, and pain management during hospitalization.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians and nurses, to ensure comprehensive patient care plans are implemented effectively.
Educate patients on exercises and techniques that support continued recovery after discharge from the hospital.
Document patient progress accurately and adjust treatment plans as needed based on clinical outcomes.

Work Environment:

The role is based in hospital inpatient units where physical therapists help patients recovering from surgeries, injuries, or chronic conditions requiring intensive rehabilitation support.
This position demands physical stamina as it involves assisting patients with mobility exercises throughout the day in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
