Shift Type: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $54 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, one-on-one care to laboring mothers and their newborns
- Monitor fetal heart rates and maternal vital signs to ensure safe deliveries
- Assist with vaginal deliveries, C-sections, and other procedures with skill and calm confidence
- Collaborate with physicians and the care team to create positive birth experiences
- Educate and support families through every stage of the labor and postpartum journey
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Colorado or compact state
- Minimum 1 year of recent acute care Labor & Delivery experience
- BLS, ACLS, NRP, and EFM certifications required
- Meditech experience is a plus
- Postpartum experience is highly preferred
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong Labor & Delivery clinical skills
- Fetal monitoring expertise
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
