**Join Our Dynamic Team as a Float Nurse in Outpatient Clinics!**
**Job Description:**
- Are you ready for an exciting nursing adventure? As a Float Nurse in our Outpatient Clinics, you'll provide exceptional nursing care while collaborating with a diverse range of specialties, including:
- Cardiology
- Endocrinology
- ENT
- General Surgery
- Ophthalmology
- Pain Management
- Primary Care
- Rheumatology
- Afterhours Care
- Snowmass Clinic
- Your Role:
- Serve as the primary nurse, delivering top-notch care with minimal supervision.
- Flexibly float between various outpatient clinics, enhancing your skills and experience.
- Qualifications:
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
- Unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Colorado or ability to obtain prior to start date.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) - can be obtained upon hire.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s (BSN) or Master’s (MSN) in Nursing.
- 2 years of experience in PCU/ICU/CCU settings.
- 2 years of Emergency Department (ED) experience.
- Completion of Emergency Nurses Association - Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC).
- Familiarity with EPIC software.
- Bilingual in Spanish.
- Important Information:
- Travel nurses are responsible for securing their own housing.
- Housing can be costly, especially in the winter; consider options in surrounding towns like Basalt, Carbondale, and Glenwood Springs.
- Must be healthy enough to function safely in a low oxygen environment (8k elevation).
- No requests for time off will be accepted.
