**Join Our Passionate Team as a Home Health RN!**
- **Position**: Full-Time RN Home Health
- **Schedule**:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend rotation approximately every 4th week
- **Role Overview**:
- Provide individualized, goal-oriented nursing care using the nursing process.
- Follow physician’s orders while delivering high-quality care.
- Serve as Case Manager when leading care plans.
