**Join Our Dynamic Nursing Team!**
**Job Description:**
- We are on the lookout for an experienced RN to bring passion and expertise to our Skilled Nursing units!
- Work full time (0.9 FTE) Day Shift from 0630-1900.
- Enjoy a schedule that includes every third weekend and holiday rotation.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional patient care.
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, ensuring each patient receives personalized attention.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments, adhering to approved nursing techniques and standards of care.
- Document patient progress according to established standards.
- Develop, initiate, and execute individualized patient care plans, guided by Physician orders and hospital policies.
- Participate in performance improvement activities and embrace shared governance.
- Share your clinical expertise to support other units or departments in patient care.
- Use critical thinking skills to ensure patient safety and satisfaction, escalating concerns through the appropriate channels when necessary.
