Position Overview

Compensation & Incentives
- Pay range: $31.00 – $47.00 per hour (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct care to critically ill and high-acuity patients
- Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and responses to treatment
- Administer medications, IV therapies, and advanced life support interventions
- Operate and monitor critical care equipment (ventilators, cardiac monitors, etc.)
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop care plans
- Respond rapidly to changes in patient condition and emergencies
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and recovery processes
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum 1–2 years of ICU or critical care experience (Required)
- Strong critical thinking and clinical assessment skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Certifications
- BLS (Required)
- ACLS (Required)
- Additional certifications (e.g., PALS, CCRN) preferred
