Minimum Requirements

Doctoral, Master’s, or Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license is required to start the assignment.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred. This client prefers clinicians with outpatient ortho background.
Must be able to meet productivity expectations: typically 60 visits per week and approximately 12–14 patients per day; double-booking of follow-up visits expected (preferred but discloseable to client).
Travel clinicians only. Floating to other clinics is not required for this assignment. Option to work on a travel team in this clinic or a neighboring clinic is available.
Applicants: new graduates and first-time travelers will be considered.

Assignment Details

Facility Type: Outpatient.
Shift: Days.
Shift Type: 8-hour day primary rate; 36 hours guaranteed with expectation to work up to 40 hours.
Patient Population: Outpatient orthopedics.
Productivity Expectation: 60 visits per week; typically 12–14 patients per day.
Overtime and additional time must be approved by the clinic director prior to working.

The borough sits near Codorus State Park and Lake Marburg, both within a 10–20 minute drive, providing boating, fishing, and hiking opportunities. The town is about 20 miles south of York, PA, offering additional dining and cultural venues and a 40–50 minute drive to Lancaster’s historic districts and Amish Country for weekend excursions. Commuter access to I-83 and regional rail options facilitate travel to Harrisburg and Baltimore within approximately 45–75 minutes, supporting a suburban lifestyle with easy access to urban centers.
