Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Looking for a change of scenery and a chance to help others. Join as a traveling Physical Therapist supporting skilled nursing and CCRC populations in Wernersville, PA. You will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while working in a community-focused post-acute care setting. Thank you for your time and responsiveness.

Minimum Requirements

Degree in Physical Therapy (Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral) from an accredited program approved by APTA.
Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
Experience working in skilled nursing, assisted living, or CCRC environments is required.
Proficiency with NetHealth documentation platform required.
Seasoned clinician with demonstrated ability to manage caseloads in SNF/CCRC settings. Years of experience preferred but not required; very experienced candidates will be prioritized.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous travel PT experience supporting skilled nursing or long-term care communities.
Additional certifications relevant to geriatric care or mobility restoration.

Impacting Patient Care

Provide direct rehabilitation services to older adult patients in a skilled nursing and continuing care retirement community setting. Deliver assessments, individualized treatment plans, and interdisciplinary collaboration to support functional independence and safe transitions.
