Minimum Requirements

Master's degree in Physical Therapy or higher from an accredited program preferred; Bachelor's acceptable if client allows. (Client specifies Master's as minimum.)
Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapy license required prior to start.
BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
Experience in Home Health setting preferred.
Experience providing care across multiple service areas including Cambria County, Northern Cambria, and Indiana County preferred.
Professional certification required as noted by client.
Ability to travel within designated coverage area. Mileage reimbursement provided.
Professional appearance consistent with client dress code: royal blue/black scrubs or khakis and polo shirt.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous travel Physical Therapist experience.
Experience with skills-based hiring environments.
Familiarity with independent contractor arrangements.

Assignment Details

32 hours guaranteed per week.
Weekend/on-call schedule to be discussed; coverage every 8 weekends.
Coverage area includes Cambria, Northern Cambria, and Indiana County.
Mileage reimbursement provided.

Impacting Patient Care

Provide in-home physical therapy services that support patient independence and recovery. Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to deliver person-centered care across a defined rural and suburban service area. Document outcomes and contribute to continuity of care for a diverse patient population.
