Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Looking for a change of scenery and a chance to help others. Join as a traveling Physical Therapist supporting patient recovery from injuries and chronic conditions in a skilled nursing setting in Charlottesville, VA. You will provide skilled therapeutic care, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and document patient progress to support safe discharge and improved functional outcomes.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
Active Virginia Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
Experience working in skilled nursing facility (SNF) settings preferred.
Demonstrated competence in documentation, patient evaluation, plan of care development, and restorative/skilled interventions for geriatric populations preferred.

Candidate may be required to float to other facilities as needed.
