ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
A De Marillac Academy teacher is a talented and committed teacher ready to contribute to a positive learning environment that fosters academic excellence and socio-emotional wellness for all students. DMA teachers serve as an academic, emotional, and spiritual model in the Lasallian Vincentian formation of students. In addition to providing direct classroom instruction, teachers partner closely with our Academic Resource program and school counseling teams to provide holistic care and communication to students and their families. Teachers also serve as mentors to the Associate teacher on their grade-level team.
