Compensation and Benefits
Salary range of $110,000 to $130,000 based on experience and qualifications

Compensation:
$110,000 - $130,000
Responsibilities:
Advise clients regarding Medicaid eligibility and long-term care planning
Develop and implement Medicaid planning and asset protection strategies
Handle Medicaid applications, appeals, and related planning matters
Counsel families through crisis planning situations and long-term care decisions
Draft estate planning documents and related planning tools
Assist clients with trust administration and probate matters
Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to provide exceptional client service
Maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and education
Participate in ongoing professional development
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
Licensed and in good standing to practice law in Indiana
Minimum of three years of Medicaid planning experience preferred
Elder law and estate planning experience strongly preferred
Strong drafting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and client relationship skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
Organized, compassionate, and client-focused approach to service
Commitment to professionalism, integrity, and continuous learning
