Requirements:

Valid and active Registered Nurse State license.
BLS certification.
**Registry Personnel must bring a state or federal issued identification to the facility and wear a photo badge at all times.
**Agency staff must have completed the original or updated COVID-19 vaccine or present a documented religious and/or medical exemption from their employer to be considered for any assignment. Additional doses must be obtained where required by law.

Responsibilities:

Plan and implement nursing care, administer medication, and obtain specimens for testing.
Collaborate in multidisciplinary treatment, assist with procedures, and prepare records.
Provide ongoing patient assessments, interventions, and record progress.
Document all nursing activities in medical records, including assessments and education.
Ensure a safe therapeutic environment, maintain order, and supervise patient conduct.
