Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Current RN license.
At least 5 years of full-time clinical experience; minimum 3 years in infection prevention and control.
National certification in infection prevention and control (mandatory or within 2 years).
**Registry Personnel must bring a state or federal issued identification to the facility and wear a photo badge at all times.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement infection control policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
Ensure accurate record-keeping and documentation of infection control activities.
Prepare and submit reports to senior management as required.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
