Requirements:

Current RN license
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required (MSN preferred)
BLS (HCP), ACLS, PALS, and CNOR required
Minimum 5 years hospital nursing experience
Minimum 3 years OR experience required
Experience in education, course development, or simulation preferred
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, EHR systems)
Excellent communication, organization, and teaching skills

Responsibilities:

Provide clinical education and training for hospital staff
Develop and deliver curriculum with department leaders
Serve as resource for healthcare education programs
Utilize simulation mannequins and software for training
Evaluate learning outcomes and revise programs as needed
Collaborate with Quality Management on improvement initiatives
Support DNV and regulatory education requirements
Promote teamwork, professionalism, and hospital mission
Assist with Quality Department activities as assigned
