Requirements:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
Outpatient or primary care experience preferred
BLS required; additional certifications (ACLS, PALS) a plus
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and patient education skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

Responsibilities:

Perform patient assessments, vital signs, and screenings
Administer medications, immunizations, and treatments as ordered
Assist providers with patient care and procedures
Educate patients on disease prevention, self-care, and healthy lifestyle choices
Coordinate care, referrals, and follow-ups
Document patient care accurately in the medical record
Maintain compliance with clinical, safety, and regulatory standards
