Requirements:

Valid and active Registered Nurse State license.
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher degree.
Previous nursing leadership experience, preferably in a Director of Nursing role.
BLS certification.

Responsibilities:

Provide effective guidance, creating a collaborative and positive work atmosphere for nursing personnel.
Manage and coordinate patient care, upholding established protocols.
Recruit, train, and oversee nursing staff, including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.
Ensure quality assurance by maintaining regulatory compliance, infection control, and patient safety.
Efficiently manage the nursing department budget.
Champion patients' needs, addressing concerns to promote patient-centered care.
