Requirements:

Active RN license in the practicing state.
Experience in ICU, neuro, or trauma nursing preferred.
Strong clinical, critical thinking, and communication skills.
BLS and ACLS required; neuro or trauma specialty certifications preferred.

Responsibilities:

Assess, monitor, and document neurological and trauma patient status continuously.
Administer medications, interventions, and life-support treatments safely.
Respond promptly to changes in patient condition or emergencies.
Educate patients and families on care plans, recovery, and health management.
Collaborate with neuro, trauma, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
