Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional critical care to patients in both ICU and PCU settings
- Monitor and titrate intravenous medications such as Levophed, amiodarone, heparin, and propofol
- Manage patients with cardiac conditions post-CABG or PCI, sepsis, DKA, and respiratory failure
- Collaborate with intensivists, hospitalists, and respiratory therapists to optimize patient outcomes
- Float between critical care and stepdown units as needed, ensuring seamless patient care
- Utilize telemetry monitoring and interpret cardiac rhythms at the bedside

Requirements
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Texas
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Minimum critical care experience
- Comfortable with titrating drips and managing high-acuity patients
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong critical care and telemetry monitoring skills
- Proficient in managing ventilators, BiPAP, and Airvo equipment
- Ability to adapt quickly to varying patient acuities between ICU and PCU
