Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate care to PCU patients in critical condition
- Monitor vital signs and respond swiftly to changes
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and empathy
- Educate patients and families to empower their recovery journey
Qualifications
- Active RN license in good standing
- Minimum 2 years of recent PCU or progressive care experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong clinical assessment skills
Education
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program
Knowledge & Skills
- Expertise in cardiac monitoring and telemetry
- Proficiency with electronic health records
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-acuity settings
