**Join Our Team as an ICU/PCU RN - Day Shift!**
**Job Description:**
- Be part of a dynamic 25-bed Critical Access Hospital, where you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional care to patients in the ICU/PCU.
- Collaborate with a skilled team, and must be willing to float to MedSurg Unit as needed.
- Utilize your experience (minimum 3 years) to identify and address the needs of patients and their significant others for education.
- Ensure patient safety through preventative measures, including side rails, restraints, and safe equipment use.
- Demonstrate your expertise by operating equipment in the PCU/Telemetry/MedSurg areas safely and effectively.
- Implement and follow infection control and isolation procedures meticulously.
- Maintain complete and accurate documentation of patient status, nursing interventions, and patient responses during your shift.
- Collaborate seamlessly with other departments and communicate critical lab values to physicians promptly.
- Keep emergency carts and general supplies well-stocked and maintained.
- Take on additional duties as assigned, contributing to a supportive and efficient team environment.
