**Join Our Team as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Emergency Department!**
- Are you ready to take your nursing career to the next level in a fast-paced, dynamic environment?
- We are seeking a passionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) for our Emergency Department on **Night Shifts (7 PM - 7:30 AM)**.
- Become an integral part of a dedicated team that strives to deliver exceptional care to patients in critical situations.
**What You'll Do:**
- Provide comprehensive care to Emergency Room patients using the Nursing Process.
- Exhibit critical thinking and scientific judgment to ensure safe and effective patient care.
- Demonstrate leadership by anticipating and planning for the safe delivery of care.
- Maintain clinical competencies through ongoing education and professional development.
- Delegate patient care priorities according to the staff's education and experience levels.
- Provide direction and supervision to assigned personnel in delivering patient care.
**Qualifications:**
- Minimum of **2 years** of nursing experience in an Emergency Department.
- Required certifications: **BLS, ACLS, PALS, AN AZ Nursing License.**
- **Charge Nurse experience preferred** (additional compensation of $3/hr).
- Must be willing to float as needed.
- Experience with **Cerner EMR** is a must.
**Additional Information:**
- Facility has **38 beds**.
- Trauma Level **III Certified**.
- Stroke and STEMI Receiving Institution.
- NIH certification is recommended but not required.
- Dress code: **Black scrubs**.
