Our infrastructure is designed to let doctors focus on dentistry. With 8 operatories and a team of 5 assistants, including two with expanded functions, the operation runs smoothly every day. We also have 8 hygienists and a smart mix of in-office and remote business team members who handle patient communication, insurance, and scheduling. You will walk into a fully staffed and well-organized practice with a consistent patient flow of 70 new patients per month. This support system is built to have your back so you can provide excellent care in a stable environment.
Mentorship at our practice is personal and meaningful. Dr. Haskin personally mentored his current associate from a new graduate to a skilled clinician over several years, and he brings the same level of investment to every provider he joins. He will help you refine your craft in ways that genuinely matter, from his signature technique for delivering completely comfortable anesthetics to his exacting standards on crown and bridge work. What Youll DoDeliver High Quality Restorative Dentistry - Provide excellent clinical care, including crown and bridge, general restorative, and basic oral surgery. You will work within a structured and well-supported schedule that allows you to focus on your patients.
Build Patient Rapport - Establish genuine rapport with an established, loyal patient base. We focus on earning the trust of our community over time through consistent and compassionate care.
Communicate Clearly and Honestly - Explain treatment options to patients clearly and honestly. We prioritize patient education without using high-pressure tactics or overselling.
Collaborate with a Skilled Team - Work daily with a highly trained clinical team of assistants and hygienists. Our staff is prepared to anticipate your needs and ensure the practice runs efficiently.
Engage in Clinical Development - Participate in mentorship and continuing education opportunities. You will have the chance to pursue ongoing clinical development alongside Dr. Haskin to refine your skills.
