HYBRID WORKING: Our current hybrid working policy requires a minimum of 60% of working time to be based in the Milton Keynes office however flexibility is expected to meet the needs of the business and the role.

Were looking for an Insurance Business Manager to who will take responsibility for the management and performance of our insurance products. VWFS offers a wide range of products including, insurance and warranty.
In this high paced, technical role, you'll be instrumentalin ensuring our products are performing well, while also being compliant.
What youll be doing:
- You'll use your technical expertiseProvide insight and support to colleagues as the product SME.
- Relationship Management of 3rd party suppliers who you'll hold performance reviews with and, be a main point of contact for them.
- Ensure appropriate contracts are in place with suppliers, work with Legal to create new contracts, amendments and renewals.
- You'll lead product review meetings, ensure products remain compliant, internal committee participation, procedure reviews and audit participation.
- Be responsible for reporting and forecasting, reviewing accuracy of MI and measuring performance against plan.
- Lead on our planning round and reforecasting and reconcile income.
- You'll ensure excellent quality for our customers through regular call listening, claim and complaint reviews.
- Support the product Channel Manager to deliver change to existing products and be involved in project work for new initiatives.
What youll bring:
Youll be an experienced Insurance Business Manager with an excellent working knowledge of the Insurance industry which you'll have gained through working in a variety of technical, development and operational roles.
Youll have strong leadership skills that enable you to engage, motivate, develop and inspire suppliers to perform at their best.
Essential experience & skills
- You have experience of supplier management, dealing with contracts, management information analysis, forecasting, drafting procedures and delivering business updates to senior management.
- ACII qualified or progressing towards this qualification.
- Commercial awareness and k nowledge of Compliance requirements including Consumer Duty and GDPR
- You'll be a great communicator who can engage and adapt to all audiences.
- An impactful influencer and negotiator with good problem-solving skills.
- You need to be confident to a minimum intermediate level with Excel, Powerpoint and Word.
