About the Position Internal Medicine in Southwest North Dakota

A respected regional healthcare system in Southwest North Dakota is seeking an Internal Medicine physician to join a collaborative, well-supported team focused on delivering high-quality care across both inpatient and outpatient settings. This role offers broad clinical scope, strong organizational stability, and a practice environment designed to support long-term physician retention and meaningful community impact. You'll join a collegial group that values autonomy while maintaining close integration across hospital and clinic services.

Practice Overview: Join a collaborative team of 12 physicians and other supportive mid-level providers Seamless integration with a single hospital and clinic setup Engage in a broad scope of Internal Medicine, encompassing common illnesses, chronic disease management, and more Participate in an equitable call schedule with five days of ED call per month

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7 AM - 5 PM Blend of clinic consults and potential hospital rounding Manageable clinic volume with approximately 14 patients a day Flexible structure to support work-life balance

Compensation & Benefits: Guaranteed salary starting at $350,000/year Negotiable relocation and signing bonuses Comprehensive insurance package and retirement plans with matching contributions Generous PTO and CME allowance of up to $5,000 annually

Candidate Requirements: Board Eligible or Board Certified in Internal Medicine Open to new graduates, with visa sponsorship available Comfortable with a broad spectrum of Internal Medicine procedures Willingness to engage with Family Medicine residents
