Job Description
As a Rheumatologist at the facility Health System, your responsibilities will include:

100% outpatient rheumatology care
at the BVHS Wellness Park
Creating a personalized schedule : choose between part-time, full-time, or week on/week off
Selecting your own
patient mix and age group
Collaborating with a full
complement of medical and surgical specialties
Participating in
weekly on-site CME
and
Mayo Clinic Care Network programs
Working alongside experienced staff with strong
care team model
support
Enjoying full
practice autonomy
while influencing practice direction and improvements
Using
Cerner EMR
integrated across inpatient and outpatient settings
Optional teaching opportunities for
medical students and APP trainees
Leveraging Mayo Clinic eConsults, eBoards, and AskMayoExpert
Benefiting from 24/7 in-house hospitalist support for inpatient needs

Compensation and Benefits
Base salary of $300,000/year for 40 hours per week, with additional wRVU productivity bonus potential (total compensation up to $500,000/year)
$50,000 signing bonus
Loan repayment options available during or after training (monthly, quarterly, or annual stipend-candidate's choice)
Up to $10,000 relocation assistance
$5,000 annual CME and board certification support
248 hours of paid time off (includes vacation, holidays, and CME)
