TravelNurseSource is working with United Health Care Staffing, Inc. to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Prescott, Arizona, 86301!

RN - Med Surg | Prescott, AZ | 13 Weeks Contract

Job Details

Position: RN - Med Surg
Location: Prescott
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Shift: Night Shift
Schedule: 3x12
Experience Required: 2 Years
Weekly Pay: $2100 to $2300

Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care to medical-surgical patients
Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions and progress
Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments as prescribed
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and discharge instructions
Respond promptly to changes in patient conditions
Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
Ensure compliance with patient safety and infection control standards

Requirements

Active RN License in Arizona
Minimum 2 years of recent Med Surg nursing experience
BLS Certification required
ACLS Certification preferred
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care
