Position: RN - CVOR
Location: Stockton
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Shift: Day Shift
Schedule: 3x12
Experience Required: 2 Years
Weekly Pay: $3170 to $3370

Responsibilities

Provide perioperative nursing care for cardiovascular and open-heart surgical procedures
Prepare operating rooms, instruments, and surgical equipment for CVOR cases
Assist surgeons and procedural teams during cardiovascular surgeries
Maintain sterile technique and ensure compliance with surgical safety standards
Monitor patient status and advocate for patient safety throughout procedures
Administer medications and treatments as required
Document surgical procedures and patient care accurately
Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, perfusionists, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams

Requirements

Active RN License in California
Minimum 2 years of recent CVOR nursing experience
BLS and ACLS Certifications required
CNOR certification preferred
Experience with cardiovascular and open-heart surgical procedures preferred
Strong knowledge of sterile technique and perioperative nursing practices
Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced surgical environment
