We’re looking for an experienced RN - OR to join a dedicated surgical team in Bryan, TX. Job Details

Position: RN - OR
Location: Bryan
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Shift: Day Shift
Schedule: 5x8
Experience Required: 2 Years
Weekly Pay: $2470 to $2670

Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care before, during, and after surgical procedures
Prepare operating rooms with necessary instruments and sterile supplies
Assist surgeons and surgical teams during procedures
Maintain sterile technique and ensure compliance with surgical safety standards
Monitor patient conditions throughout the perioperative process
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Maintain accurate and timely surgical documentation
Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, surgical technologists, and healthcare teams

Requirements

Active RN License in Texas
Minimum 2 years of recent Operating Room nursing experience
BLS Certification required
ACLS Certification preferred
CNOR certification preferred
Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and sterile techniques
Excellent communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced surgical environment
