Job Description

The Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Registered Nurse provides direct care to critically ill patients with life-threatening conditions. The role requires advanced clinical knowledge, continuous monitoring, detailed patient assessments, and timely interventions in a high-acuity environment. The nurse will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes while maintaining compliance with facility protocols.

Requirements

Active, unencumbered Oregon RN License
BLS (AHA) certification
ACLS (AHA) certification
TNCC (required)
PALS (preferred)
Minimum 1 year ICU experience (preferred higher)
Strong critical care, monitoring, and emergency response skills
Experience working in fast-paced, high-acuity settings
High School Diploma or equivalent (required for CAP compliance)
