Requirements

Required Skills & Experience

Recent California Dignity Health experience is mandatory
Experience with discharge planning and utilization management
Familiarity with InterQual criteria (training provided if needed)
Experience completing initial assessments
Knowledge of Cerner EMR
Ability to manage 15–20 patient consults/assessments per day
Experience working with various payers, uninsured patients, and homeless populations
Strong collaboration, communication, teamwork, and prioritization skills

Schedule & Coverage

Every other weekend required (minimum one full weekend per month depending on staffing)
Holidays not required but may be worked if willing
Hours generally fall between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Submission Requirements

Two supervisor references required at submission (Charge Nurse references accepted)
One reference must be within the last 12 months
One reference must be within the last 3 years
