Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care during diagnostic and interventional radiology procedures
- Monitor patients closely before, during, and after imaging exams
- Collaborate with radiologists and technologists to ensure smooth workflow
- Educate patients and families about procedures with warmth and clarity
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold the highest safety standards
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Florida or compact state
- Minimum 2 years of radiology nursing experience
- BLS certification required
- ACLS preferred
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
Knowledge & Skills
- Radiology nursing protocols
- IV insertion and medication administration
- Patient monitoring during procedures
- Infection control practices
- Clear communication with diverse care teams
