**Join Our Team as an Outpatient Chemotherapy/Infusion RN!**
**Job Description:**
- Be a vital part of the cancer care team in a dynamic outpatient setting!
- Deliver professional oncology nursing care with a focus on quality and safety.
- Utilize your 2+ years of chemotherapy administration experience and EPIC proficiency.
- Engage with patients and families, providing education and support throughout their treatment journey.
- Administer chemotherapy and manage cancer symptoms with compassion and expertise.
- Conduct thorough assessments of health history and address physician orders.
- Monitor patients closely, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
- Serve as the key communication link between patients and physicians.
- Apply your clinical knowledge and decision-making skills to enhance patient care.
- Collaborate with the Cancer Care Director and Physician Services Senior Leader on additional duties.
**Shift Information:**
- Day shift, Monday through Friday.
**Minimum Years of Experience:**
- 2 years in chemotherapy administration.
**Certifications/Requirements:**
- ONS Fundamentals of Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Administration Certification required.
- BLS/BCLS and ACLS certifications.
