We’re hiring full-time Registered Nurses to join the extended care team at a community hospital-based facility in Tonasket, WA. These are permanent, benefits-eligible roles offering competitive wages and the opportunity to make a lasting impact in a mission-driven environment.

Registered Nurse – Long Term Care

Competitive Rates: $37.67 – $61.81/hr DOE (~$78,354 – $128,565/year DOE)

Provide comprehensive resident care including assessments, plan of care development, and coordination with providers and interdisciplinary team
Supervise and support NACs and other nursing staff, including scheduling and performance feedback
Administer medications and treatments, monitor vitals, and document resident condition changes
Participate in performance improvement and quality initiatives

Requirements:

BLS/CPR and ACLS (or equivalent)
Washington State RN license or compact RN license
WA DOH approved Suicide Prevention training
