About the Role

What You’ll Do
- Create and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans aligned with children’s IEPs or medical plans
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations, ongoing assessments, and annual/triennial reviews
- Maintain timely and compliant documentation of therapy sessions and client progress
- Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team to set meaningful goals and accommodations
- Supervise and support Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) as needed
What We’re Looking For
Required:
- Current Occupational Therapist license in Arizona (or eligibility to obtain)
- IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
Preferred:
- Experience in school or pediatric clinical settings working with children facing developmental, learning, or social-emotional challenges
- Familiarity with IEPs, treatment planning, and behavior interventions
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and data documentation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A collaborative, positive mindset and genuine passion for helping children succeed
