for a prominent healthcare facility in

Bellefontaine, OH .

Job Description

): BLS, ACLS What are the Required Obstetrics Procedures Low Risk Pregnancy (i.e. History of Twins, Toxemia, Pyelonephritis, etc.) yes High Risk Pregnancy (i.e. with Toxemia, Diabetes, Class II or Higher Cardiacs, Chronic Lung Problems, Chronic Renal Disease, etc.) no FHR Interpretation - NST/CST/FSE NST & FSE OB ultrasounds - Performance of Interpretation OB ultrasounds - Performance of Level I/Screening (Viability) OB ultrasounds - Performance of Level II/Targeted (Anatomic) Amniocentesis No

What are the Labor and Delivery Required Procedures Routine Delivery -Vaginal, Low Forceps, Decision-Making for C-Section yes Complicated Delivery -C-Section, Breech, Multiple Births, Abruptions, etc. yes VBAC's no Repair of 3rd & 4th Degree Lacerations as required

r truly board eligible Certification Requirements: BLS, ACLS Reimbursed Expenses Flight Hotel Rental Car Mileage billed at the IRS standard rate

Submission Requirements TRULY Board Eligible (within 1 year of graduation) or Board Certified [REQUIRED] ABOG or AOA-accredited OB/GYN residency [REQUIRED] OH license [REQUIRED] Clean malpractice/licensure history preferred [REQUIRED] Provider must be internally credentialed with agency before submission [REQUIRED] Please note that we require 50 deliveries in the last 12 months with at least 5 being C-sections for credentialing purposes. [REQUIRED]
