Job Description
Schedule/Availability Requirements
All stints below end the following morning at 7a.
Ongoing dates will begin June when schedules are released.
Details
24 hour call (7a-7a)
10-15 shifts in total for all locums ongoing per month.

EMR Required Training
Credentialing Preapp and full app must be completed and submitted to move provider into "applicant in training" to generate AD account and begin EMR account set up. Once AD account creation begins it can take up to 5 days to create account.
Module (learn lessons) - Must be completed prior to virtual EMR training to attend the training.
EMR Virtual (PPL) training - Only able to attend if Modules are completed before training. Virtual training must be completed at least one week prior to the providers first day.
First Day Details - Site requires completion of EMR Modules and training, before first day details can be released.
All candidates must complete the following EMR questionnaire and detail it in the notes section of the candidates submission at time of presentation.

Travel Preferences
Preferred Lodging: Preferred hotels: Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott, Fort Morgan Or Hampton Inn, Fort Morgan. Must ask for corporate rate when booking. No other lodging sites will be approved.
Air Travel: Acceptable, will put preference on candidates who are local.
Please detail any anticipated travel exceptions, for example a dietary restriction necessitating specific lodging situations. Travel exception requests will be denied if this information is not part of the provider presentation. Please also indicate the city where provider will be traveling from in the travel section of the provider submission.
Credentialing Information
Timeframe: 60 days standard, 30 days or less for temps

Requirements: Self inquiry NPDB report must be provided and CO license or Active IMLC to release preapplication.
Requirements: Preapp and full app must be submitted within 72 hours of receipt of initial app to allow enough time for AD account creation for EMR requirements. Once both are submitted, provider is moved to "applicant in training" which initiates AD Account creation for provider EMR account and can take up to 5 days before release of EMR training requirements.
Billing enrollment - Is this position providing services in lieu of an existing enrolled provider for a period of 60 days or less? NO

How many patients per day will there be? I see there are types of patients seen but needing clarification on the amount of patients per day? This is for hospital call only so it is hard to determine how many patients they may see. All depends on how many moms are due to deliver.
How many deliveries per month? 15 deliveries per month.
Will there be surgery and urology back up? General surgery 24/7, Minimal urology - 2 days per week.

Board Certified OBGYN or Truly Board Eligible (0-5 years of residency completion)
