💰 Gross Weekly Pay: $2,570
💵 Taxable Rate: $29.00/hr
🏠 Weekly Per Diem (Non-Taxable): $1,526

📍 Madison, WI
⏳ Contract Length: 26 Weeks (6 Months)
🕒 Shift: Days | 3x12s | 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
✔️ 36 Hours Guaranteed

🩺 Specialty: CVICU (Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit)

Requirements:
✅ Active WI RN License or Compact RN License
✅ BLS & ACLS
✅ Minimum 2 Years of Recent Acute Care Experience
✅ Travel Experience Required
✅ Epic Experience Required
✅ Level I Trauma Experience Required
✅ Strong CVICU Experience

Must Have Experience With:
• CABG & Valve Repair/Replacement Patients
• Heart & Lung Transplant Patients
• CRRT (NxStage)
• Ventilator Management
• Swan Ganz/Pulmonary Artery Lines
• Arterial Lines & Central Lines
• Titrating Cardiac & Vasoactive Drips
• IABP, Impella, ECMO, HM3 LVAD, Zoll Thermoguard
• Dysrhythmia Interpretation & Management

Additional Details:
• Every Other Weekend Required
• Some Holidays Required
• Floating Required as Needed
• Local Candidates Within 50 Miles Not Accepted
