- Are you a compassionate and team-oriented Registered Nurse seeking a fulfilling career in home health care?
- We are looking for an exceptional individual to provide a full range of professional nursing services to clients of all ages.
- You'll have the opportunity to:
- Engage in admission, evaluation, and care plan development.
- Collaborate with a dedicated team of homecare professionals and paraprofessionals to deliver the highest level of coordinated care.
- Serve clients in the beautiful Caledonia and southern Essex counties.
**Requirements:**
- Current Vermont RN license is a must.
- Minimum of one year of prior clinical experience is required.
- Shift Information: Day shifts, Monday to Friday, with possible weekend shifts.
