Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
Active New Jersey Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
Experience working in skilled nursing facility or long-term care settings preferred.
Ability to manage a caseload including post-operative care, balance and gait training, therapeutic exercise, and mobility training.
Experience documenting in electronic medical records preferred.
Current TB screening and required immunizations as per facility policy.

Assignment Details

Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
Shift Name: Days.
Shift Details: Days 0800-1630.
Work Pattern: 5x8 schedule (Monday through Friday typical; facility lists coverage seven days).
Assignment Length: 14 weeks.
Guaranteed Hours: 35 hours per week.
Candidate may be expected to float to other facility units as needed.
