Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor of Science, Master of Science, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA‑approved program.
- Current state license as a Physical Therapist required prior to start of assignment.
- Proof of current CPR certification required.
- Current driver’s license, reliable transportation, and personal auto insurance required.
- 1–2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting required.
- Ability to perform physical demands of home health, including lifting, bending, pulling, pushing, prolonged standing and walking.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and travel locally.
- Must read, write, and speak fluent English.
- Experience ordering and using durable medical equipment and providing patient/family education in the home setting.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous home health experience preferred.
- Commitment to continuing education and professional growth preferred.
