The area also features prominent landmarks such as the Space Needle, standing 605 feet above downtown, along with natural destinations including Diablo Lake, Whidbey Island, and Lake Washington. About the Clinician's Workday

Clinicians will provide 24-hour call coverage for inpatient cardiothoracic surgery services, managing an adult patient population with a daily caseload of 5-10 patients, including 0-3 admits, 2-7 ICU patients, and 1-2 surgical cases. Required procedures include general cardiac surgery (open and endoscopic), coronary artery bypass surgery on pump, valvular repair and replacement, IABP, PA catheter placement, and balloon pump management. Preferred procedures include ventilation management, evaluation and management of acute volume and blood pressure issues, and central line insertion. Board certification is required for this assignment.
