Minimum Requirements
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program.
- Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
- Active New Mexico SLP state license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
- Experience evaluating and treating dysphagia and communication disorders in geriatric populations preferred.
- Comfort with documentation systems used in SNF settings preferred.
Assignment Details
- Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
- Shift Name: Days.
- Shift Details: Days 0800-1630.
- Work Days: Sunday through Saturday (per facility schedule).
- Assignment Length: 13 weeks.
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week.
- Candidates must have any required New Mexico caregiver account or state-required registrations prior to start.
