We are currently recruiting for Nocturnist opportunities at our flagship facility Roanoke Memorial Hospital. Roanoke Memorial is a tertiary teaching facility that is a certified level 1 trauma center. Opportunity: Join a successful hospitalist team with more than 60 providers with a 95% retention rate Nocturnist work 147 - 12 hours shifts annually Manageable patient census 3 Physician hospitalists covering admissions every night. Excellent PA and NP support 3 advanced practitioners providing cross coverage Wide variety of cases with back-up specialists available and tertiary care support Critical care and other subspeciality support available at night System-wide EPIC EMR 703-bed academic/tertiary center with Level I Trauma; helipad Teaching opportunities available; 23 GME programs Faculty appointments within the Virginia Tech Carilion School of Medicine Large integrates health system that encompasses 8-hospital in southwestern Virginia Professional Skills: Must be Board certified or Board eligible.
