General Gastroenterology Opportunity In North Carolina-Regional Expansion ECU Health Physicians and ECU Health Gastroenterology, with locations across eastern North Carolina, are seeking board eligible or board certified General Gastroenterologists to join their growing system of care. Opportunities are available in Tarboro, Roanoke Rapids and Nags Head, North Carolina. With a mild climate, affordable cost of living, and close proximity to the beautiful beaches and waterways of North Carolina, eastern North Carolina is the perfect place to call home. Highlights include: * Employment by ECU Health Physicians * Growing 9-hospital private not for profit healthcare system * Opportunities available due to Gastroenterology service line expansion to increase access to care across the region * Procedures will include colonoscopies, flex sigs, and EGDs * Monday-Friday 8a-5p schedule will include seeing patients in an outpatient clinic as well as 2-3 procedure days per week (36 hours of patient care with 4 hours of designated administrative time) * Minimal to no call responsibilities * Built-in referral network from ECU Health owned primary care practices * High quality hospitalist, general surgery, and oncology support * Competitive Compensation and Comprehensive Benefit Package to include: Annual CME Stipend, Relocation, Vacation, Sick, & Holidays, Malpractice (with tail), 401k matching program/ 457b, Medical, Dental & Vision, Disability & Life Insurance In addition to a competitive compensation and benefits plan, qualified applicants may also be eligible for loan repayment, sign-on bonus, income guarantees, and residency/fellowship paid commitment stipends.
