COTA - Travel Contract

We are hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a travel contract role at a skilled nursing facility in Fairmont, WV. Under the guidance of a licensed Occupational Therapist, you will help patients regain the skills they need for everyday life. Minimum Requirements

Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college.
Active West Virginia COTA license is required to start the assignment.
BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
Experience in skilled nursing facility settings preferred.
Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and follow treatment plans under OT supervision.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous travel therapy experience preferred.
Experience with documentation systems commonly used in skilled nursing facilities preferred.

Assignment Details

Shift hours: 0800-1630.
Shift days: Monday through Friday.
Meal break: 30 minutes.
Position may require coverage consistent with skilled nursing facility needs.
