Assist physicians and other cath lab personnel in conducting diagnostic tests and procedures. Operate advanced medical equipment to capture images and data of the heart and blood vessels.
Minimum Qualifications
- ARRT certified Radiologic Technologist.
- BLS and ACLS certification. American Heart Association preferred.
- State specific licensing when required.
- Experience requirement: 2 years' experience in a Cath Lab hospital setting.
- Client-specific requirement: experience in a Joint Commission accredited hospital and familiarity with chest pain center workflows preferred.
- Preferred: Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) certification from Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with a variety of cardiology services including diagnostic cath, interventional procedures, and support for stroke or chest pain programs.
- Previous work in community hospital settings servicing a regional patient population.
Assignment Details
- Shift hours: 0700-1500.
- Shift days: Days.
- Orientation schedule provided by client as part of assignment onboarding.
- May be required to float to other facilities within the system when requested.
