Occupational Therapist - Travel Contract

Make a meaningful difference as a travel Occupational Therapist in Chico, CA. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve daily skills while exploring a new location. This position is in a hospital setting and supports interdisciplinary care to improve patient independence and discharge outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
Active California Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment.
BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
Experience providing occupational therapy in an acute care or inpatient hospital setting preferred.
Experience with common OT evaluations and interventions for adults, including activities of daily living training, splinting, and adaptive equipment recommendations, preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior travel therapy experience preferred.
Experience with electronic medical records documentation preferred.

Assignment Details

Shift hours: 0800-1700.
